Monthly training sessions with Susie Aranda at a private gym setting. We will start you on a journey of strength based on a pace right for you.
Starting off right with the basics of strength & conditioning and then moving into progressively building on those skills.
How sign up works
Once you sign up, we will schedule a 20 min meeting to set up goals and schedule training times. The monthly fee due is upon starting your training. Missed sessions will not be refunded.
Your monthly fee is deducted on a pay schedule every 30days from the date you sign up. You must sign up for a 3 month contract to secure your training dates/times.
Group training is paid by one purchaser. No refunds are given for members of the group failing to make sessions.
