GGB powerlifting is opening to the public this summer with our STRONG GIRL SUMMER Strength Camp. Registration is open now and Strength Camp starts June 7th and ends August 6th.   IMPORTANT: After payment is made we will contact you directly to set up your intro to prepare you for Strength Camp. After making your payment, Be sure to complete our REGISTRATION FORM HERE 

Registration fee:

  • $350 registration fee
  • Includes 9 weeks of 4 days of training each week
  • Registration fee is non refundable after the 1st week of camp

Weeks 1-4

  • Fundamentals of Pt 1 Squat- Bench- Deadlift
  • Conditioning for weight loss and creating a good general fitness base
  • Learning foundational accessory movements
  • Nutrition basics and eating for your goals
  • Coaching to help you set goals and keep them

Weeks 4-8

  • Fundamentals Pt 2 of Squat - Bench- Deadlift
  • Conditioning - we put you to work!
  • Focus on honing your form & technique for strength gains
  • Modifications to make any movement work for you
  • Reaching goals meant for you!

Week 9

  • Graduation week!
  • We take your developed skills and test your maxes. You'll leave knowing your base bar weight on each lift to use in connection with our free online strength program.

Registration fee includes:

  • 9 weeks of training at 4 days/week
  • Strength Camp times are 9am or 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Location:

  • Held at a private gym located in Tehachapi. Address will be provided after registration.

Instructors:

  • Susie Aranda: 8 years of personal training women and 5 years of coaching and writing strength programming. A State record holder for Squat, Bench and Deadlift for California.
  • Assistant coaches include Diane Anderson, Rita Sanchez & Sabrina Doyle. A collective of 7 years of strength training.

 NOTE- If you live remotely but would like to participate we will have an option for online camp as well. Please message us directly for details
