    practice to a low box or plate to feel it out
  • 5x4 SQUAT WITH SSB @60% AGAINST 25% BAND TENSION, NO BOX
  • 5x4 SPEED PULLS: COMPETITION STANCE DEADLIFT @55% AGAINST 30% BAND TENSION
  • 3x8 INVERSE CURL
  • 3x100 feet band KB walks each side
    Use a mini band as a handle on the kb so the kb is wobbling
  • 3x1:00 med ball belt squat marches
  • 4x8 DECLINE CRUNCH OVER A FOAM ROLLER (LOAD WEIGHT BEHIND HEAD, USE A PLATE)
