- 5x4 SPEED PULLS: COMPETITION STANCE DEADLIFT @55% AGAINST 30% BAND TENSION
- 3x8 INVERSE CURL
- 3x100 feet band KB walks each side
Use a mini band as a handle on the kb so the kb is wobbling - 3x1:00 med ball belt squat marches
- 4x8 DECLINE CRUNCH OVER A FOAM ROLLER (LOAD WEIGHT BEHIND HEAD, USE A PLATE)
