Main work
- Squat w/specialty bar - Work up to a 1 rep max + 25% chains
Rep scheme goal is 5x5, 3x3, 3x1
Not looking for failure- hit 90% or above and shut it down - Squat drop set 3x3x80%
Auxiliary work
- Inverse curl 3x10
- 20inch step ups with max weight DB's 3x20 (10 each leg)
- single leg reverse hyper 3x15
- Decline Bench Sit Up -1 rep max (heaviest DB you can hold under your chin) Then 3x8 @70%
- Marching in powerack with double band tension 3x2:00mins
