Main work

  • Work up to a 1 rep max Reverse Band SSB box squat
    If you don't have access to a SSB use a regular bar
  • Ultra wide snatch grip deadlift from 2" block - build to a heavy 8 rep
    Try to accomplish in 3-4 sets

Auxiliary work

  • Bulgarian Split squat 3x12 each side
  • Reverse hyper w/knees bent to 45 degree @50% of deadlift 1rm 3x20
  • Decline sit up holding plate 3x15
  • finish with: 100 banded pull throughs
