Next Monday 1/18 we will take our squat opener & 2nd attempt. If you haven't already, start preparing your numbers for those attempts. Today's bar work will be light to prepare for Monday.
If you missed the sled drag from Monday- add it in for your warm up.

- SSB or Camber box squats 5x5- moderate weight as an auxiliary movement
- Goodmorings 3x6-8 moderate
- Back extensions 4x20 bodyweight only
- Reverse hyper 4x10-12 light/moderate
- 1x100 hamstring of choice:
banded hamstring curls
- 1x100 ab of choice
- Sled drag 2x10 mins moderate weight
