1-28-20 Lower body auxiliary & conditioning

Warm up
3 rounds of:

  • 6-8 banded kneeling wood chops *both directions
  • 8-10 back ext or reverse hyper
  • 6 banded half reverse lunges *both sides

then, take 3-4 rounds to warm up to your front squat

Auxiliary work

complete 4 rounds of:

  • 10-12 front squats @40-50%
  • 6 box jumps

complete 4 rounds of:

  • 5 DB reverse lunges
  • 5 burpees

complete 4 rounds of:

  • 10 banded kneeling glute kick back *each side
  • 10 banded & weighted glute thrusters

complete 5 rounds of:

  • banded ab sit ups
  • leg lowers
