Main work

  • Box squats 10x2x55% +25% band tension or chains
    check your box height- parallel or below
  • Sumo Deadlifts 10x1x65% chains or bands if it moves with speed
  • Back ext 5x8-10 heavy plate
  • Reverse hyper 5x10-12 - moderate
  • 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest:
    • banded kb deadlift
    • banded squats
    • banded fire hydrant - left
    • banded fire hydrant- right

Second workout
can be done later in the day if time or fatigue is an issue

  • Sled drag 10 mins- heavy
