Wednesday is good today do a recovery workout or make up some of the work you may have missed from Tuesday.

Recovery workout

8 rounds tabata 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • jump rope
  • ab of choice

then,
3 rounds of tabata 40 secs work/ 20 secs rest of:

  • sled drag - light/moderate
  • reverse hyper - light
  • weighted sit ups

then, 3 rounds of tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:

  • banded crossover donkey kick- LEFT HERE
  • banded crossover donkey kick - RIGHT
  • banded donkey kick- LEFT
  • banded donkey kick- RIGHT
  • plank hold
