  • Box squats 8x2x60% + 25% chain or band
  • Sumo Deadlifts 8x1x70% + chains if it moves well

Auxiliary work

  • Back ext 5x12-14 heavy plate
  • Reverse hyper 5x10-12 - moderate
  • 2x10 mins sled drag - moderate
  • 100 banded good mornings or banded pull thru
