10-24-19 Conditioning

Warm up
3 rounds of:

  • lunge twist *each side
  • sampson stretch
  • scorpion

Workout A

  • 100 banded walks- mix forward/back/side to side
  • 100 sit ups
  • 100 banded donkey kicks *each side

Workout B
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

  • 100 jump rope or 2 min rowing or 2 min light sled drag
  • 50 squats
  • 10 thrusters

the goal is to get 4 solid rounds if possible
