  • DB Incline bench press 3x”max reps” 
*take a few sets to warm up to working weight. Max reps = as many as possible
  • Jm press from pins 3x10-12 HERE

Auxiliary work

  • Lat pull down 3x20 light
  • Standing lat pulls 3x20 light
    use bands or reverse hyper
  • Db rear delt fly 3x10-12 moderate
  • Db hammer curl 3x10-12
  • Banded tricep pull down 1x100
  • Banded reverse fly 1x100
  • Banded facepull 1x100
