12-19-19 Conditioning

Warm up
3 rounds of:

  • 30 banded walks
  • 3 up dog - down dog
  • 2 lunge twist

then 4 rounds tabata 20/10"

  • kb swings
  • squats

Conditioning
4 rounds with as many reps as possible of:

  • 1 min sumo deadlift highpulls
  • 1 min single arm press *alternate sides every 5 reps
  • 1 min burpees or 10 burpees, whichever comes first
  • 1 min rest

rest 5 mins then

4 rounds of:

  • 1 min sled push *sub with banded walks if you don't have a sled
  • 1 min rope climb sit up
  • 1 min plank with hip dips
  • 1 min rest
