12-20-18 lower body volume

  • Box squats 8x3x50% plus 25% band tension 
  • deadlifts 4x50%, then work up to a heavy 1 rep
  • banded hamstring curls 3x30
  • back extension 3x12-15
  • banded glute kick banded 3x15-20 each side
