Warm up
6 rounds of tabata 20/10

  • kb stiff leg deadlift
  • ball slams
  • sit ups

then, 2 rounds of:

  • 20 banded bicep curls each side
  • 20 banded shoulder press
  • 20 banded tricep pull downs

Main work

  • Work up to a heavy set of 3 reps squat
  • Work up to a heavy set of 3 reps deadlift

Auxiliary work
4 rounds of:

  • 10 power cleans & press
  • 10 db bulgarian split squats *5 each side
  • 10 db stiff leg deadlifts

end with 5 rounds of:

  • 15 banded sit ups
  • 15 back ext or reverse hyper
