  • banded abductor
  • plank
  • burpee

Conditioning

Workout A
Complete 3 rounds of the following:

  • 1 min reverse walk sled drag
  • 1 min landmine hack squats
  • 1 min warrior II hold (right)
  • 1 min warrior II hold (left)

rest 3-5 mins then,

Workout B
Complete 3 rounds of the following:

  • 1 min forward walk (heel toe) sled drag
  • 1 min deadlifts @50%
  • 1 min banded abductor
  • 1 min plank hold
