  • bench *wide grip 3x6x60%
  • Decline skull crushers 3x12-15
  • shoulder side raises with chain 3x15-20

Then:  4 rounds of 

  • 12 Barbell pushups 
  • 6 power cleans 
  • 8 v crunch
