  • plank walk outs
  • sumo squat hold
3 rounds mobility
  • scorpion
  • bottom squat hold
  • banded tornados

Main work

  • Squats 5x5x55% + 25% band tension
  • sumo deadlifts 6x3 *work up in weight

Auxiliary work

  • lat pull downs 3x12
  • seated DB goodmornings 3x"max reps"

then 3 rounds of:

  • reverse lunge + pivot rotations 3x8 *each side
  • banded hamstring curls 3x30
  • calf raises 3x20
