Main work

  • Bench Press with Reverse Light Bands
    • Work up to a 1 rep max with bands attached at the top to reduce weight in the bottom
    • then 90% of that max for 1 set of as many as possible
    • then 80% of that max for 1 set of as many as possible
  • 2 Board Bench press 1x6
    Work up to a top set of 6 reps. This may take 4-6 sets to find a top set

Auxiliary work

  • DB tricep roll back 4x10 heavy
  • Tates press OR JM DB presses 4x12
  • banded reverse fly 4x20
  • DB side bends 4x15-20 each side
  • 1x100 banded tricep "pushdowns"
