  • Bench 6x6
  • Lat pull downs 4x12
  • lying side raises 3x20 *light
  • Incline rows 3x15
  • plate presses 3x12-15 *heavy as possible 

then 5 rounds of:

  • 10 box jumps 
  • 10 dB thrusters 
  • 10 burpees
