Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:
*stay on 2 movements at a time for 5 rounds tabata

  • squat jump into jumping lunge *scale this to bodyweight squats if needed
  • banded abductors

 

  • squat to high knee raise
  • seated good morning *use DB or barbell

 

  • monster walks side-side
  • stiff leg deadlift

 

  • squat jacks *see video
  • weighted step ups

REST 5MINS

Then, choose your ability:

  • hard= 100 sumo heel raises
  • medium= 75 sumo heel raises
  • easy= 50 sumo heel raises

*each time you break, do 8 burpees

Then, 5 rounds Banded Booty Tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • glute bridge to abduction to sit up
  • fire hydrand to donkey kick
