3-17-21 Wednesday Conditioning and Recovery

Warm Up: 

  • 3 Sun Salutations
  • 5 Spinal Rotation (each side), your choice: Here, Here, Here
  • Resting Squat (primal), hold for 20 seconds (longer if it suits you)

Bands - 3 Rounds (lighter bands):

Conditioning - 4 Rounds, little rest: 

  • 4 laps sled (make sure to do at least half walking backwards)
  • 30 seconds jump rope
  • 15 ball slams
  • 20 kettle bell swings

TABATA: 20:10 8 Rounds
