3-24-20 Tuesday conditioning

Hey Team, we have another #tiffanytuesday and I have a feeling our asses are going to be lit!

Be sure to take 10 mins to do some mobility. A yoga sequence is always good to loosen and get blood flow to your body.  Add in some dancing if you feel like it!


Today's workout is tabata style of 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest. Be sure to stay on each workout for all 5 rounds before moving on to the next set of movements.

Complete 5 rounds of:

  • DB front squats or bodyweight squats
  • Hign knees

Complete 5 rounds of:

  • Jump squats
  • plank hold- can be high plank if needed

Complete 5 rounds of:

  • DB stiff leg deadlifts
    if you don't have db's.. what do you have? dog food bag, milk jugs, old rock in your yard?
  • butt kickers

Complete 5 rounds of:

  • toe taps
  • DB squat thursters
    do you have something around 10-20 lbs that you can hold and press overhead?

after you complete each workout, then do:

  • 200 banded walks
  • 100 banded abductors
    *you will need a mini band for this portion

end with BONUS BOOTY 4 rounds of:

  • 15 banded or db weighted glute bridges w/3 sec hold at top
  • 15 fire hydrants (banded or non banded) each side
  • 15 donkey kick (banded or non banded) each side
