    THEN work up to a top set of 6-8
  • Deadlifts 6x2x60% + 30% chain or band - Competition stance
  • Stiff leg deadlifts 1x6, work up to a top set of 6
    This may take you 2-3 rounds to find your heavy top set of 6

Auxiliary

  • Bulgarian Split Squats 3x8 each side
  • Reverse hyper 3x20 light/moderate
  • Hanging leg raises 4x10
  • Banded hamstring curls 1x100
