Workout
Complete 5 rounds of:

  • 12 DB pull overs
  • 12 burpees
  • 12 box dips
  • 12 DB clean & press
  • 45 sec skaters
  • 1- max overhead DB hold

then ABS:

  • 100 leg lowers
    each time you break, do max plank hold

then MORE ABS:

  • 200 heel taps
    each time you break do max push ups (hehe we've seen a lot on your stories, now let's put you to the test)
