Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • hip thurster
  • lateral box jumps

Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • broad jumps
  • reverse lunge to leg raise

Complete 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • butt kicker toe taps
  • kneeling banded squat

Complete 5 rounds tabatate 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • DB sumo deadlift *or barbell if you have one
  • squat jacks

Notes- if needed reduce to 4 rounds tabata

THEN,

  • 100 banded walks
  • 50 abductors

*each time you break, complete 15 heel taps

  • glute bridge w/3 sec hold at top
  • glute kick back to leg raise
