4-23-20 Conditioning

Today's workout is 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest. Stay on two movements at a time for 5 rounds before moving the the next set of two movements

Complete 5 rounds tabata 30/10:

  • front delt raise
  • standing cross toe touches
  • up right rows
  • burpee
  • shoulder press to delt fly
  • plank thruster
  • db pull over
  • skater jumps

Then, ABS

  • 100 sit ups
    each time you break do a max overhead DB hold
  • 80 heel taps
    each time you break do 25 band pull aparts


4 round tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • hollowbody flutter kicks
  • v crunch
