  • Bench 4x3x80%, 1x(max reps)x80%
    On the 5th set do as many reps as possible. Stop if your form goes to shit.

Conditioning
Complete 10 rounds or 12mins of:

  • 6 power clean & press @95lbs
  • 10 pull ups
  • 30 doubleunders or jump rope
Training notes & substitutions:
Use DBs if needed for your clean & press. If you don't have a pull up bar substitute this movement with 10 incline DB rows.
10 rounds or 12mins.. whichever comes first
