4-30-19 volume upper body

  • Bench 6x6 *add 5-10lbs from last week if possible 
  • barbell shoulder push press 4x6-8
  • Barbell single arm landline row 3x15 (each side) 
  • Pull ups 4x6-8
  • incline DB press 3x15

then 4 rounds of tabata:

  • Power clean 
  • push press
  • Plank with rotating db
