    set pins above parallel and work up to heavy singles
  • Goodmorning 4x6-8
  • Sumo deadlifts 5x5x60% add chains or band if it feels light. Focus on form first.

Auxiliary work

  • reverse hyper 3x20
  • 2x100 banded hamstring curls or banded goodmornings
  • sled drag 1x10mins moderate
