4-9-20 Conditioning upper body focus

Workout

Complete 5 rounds style 30 secs work/10 secs rest:

  • walking plank
  • db side raise to front raise

Complete 5 rounds style 30 secs work/10 secs rest:

  • db overhead tricep ext
  • plank jacks

Complete 5 rounds tabata style 30 secs work/10 secs rest:

  • Bicep curls in & outs
  • high knees to butt kickers *see video to level these up a notch

Complete 5 rounds tabata style 30 secs work/10 secs rest:

  • upright row
  • plank thrusters

then, accumulate 4 mins of one or mix and match one of the following: ***each time you break do 6 burpees***

  • handstand hold
  • db overhead hold
  • db side hold

*pick your poison or mix and match through out and accumulate a total of 4mins.

then, ab burnout 4 rounds tabata 30 secs work/15 secs rest of:

  • weighted bicycle
  • weighted pike crunch
