- Box squats - below parallel 12x2x85%
Keep your focus on speed to get up off the box. If it feels too heavy to keep speed, lower the bar weight.
- Deadlift 6x3x70%
Same feels as your squat, set up each one and keep speed on the bar. Lower the weight if needed.
