5-23-19 upper auxiliaries & conditioning

  • DB incline 2x20 
  • tricep extensions 3x15 
  • Chain side raises 3x12-15 *if you don’t have a chain to use substitute with DB
  • banded tricep pull downs 3x30
  • banded face pulls 3x20

then, 

20mins if as many rounds as possible of: 

  • 50 banded side walks (25 each side) 
  • 8 power cleans @50% of max *reduce weight if needed 
  • 10 box jumps *substitute with skater jumps if needed or a low box height (I’ll post a video of these from 530am class tomorrow) 
  • 10 hanging leg raises *knee raises if needed
