  • Work up to a 1 rep max box squat to parallel + bands
  • SSB squats 4x6

then 3 rounds of:

  • 150ft sled drag 
  • 6/6 DB lunges w/front foot elevated 
  • 20 pull ups 
  • 20 airsquats
