5-29-19 conditioning

Warm up with

3 rounds of tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest

  • 30 secs Bird Dog Left arm up
  • 30 secs sit ups
  • 30 secs Bird Dog Right arm up

Workouts A & B:

3 rounds of 60secs work/ 15 secs rest

  • 60 secs seated sled pull
  • 60 secs plate ground to overhead
  • 60 secs Jump rope 

*rest 3-5mins between workouts

then 3 rounds of: 

  • 60 secs alternating single arm DB clean & press 
  • 60 secs rowing 
  • 60 secs sit ups
