  • Bench 3x3 *work up to your heaviest set of 3
  • Push press 6x3
  • incline front raises 3x15
  • Shoulder side raises 3x15
  • Shoulder side raises 3x15 lighter weight 

then,

5mins of as many rounds as possible of: 

  • 5 DB clean & press (right arm) 
  • 5 box jumps 
  • 5 pushups 

rest 3 mins then, 

5 mins of as many rounds as possible of: 

  • 5 DB clean & press (left arm) 
  • 5 box jumps 
  • 5 pushups
