  • Work up to a 1 rep Pin Press *4in from chest
  • Bench *close grip 3x6x70-75%
  • DB seated shoulder press 3x6-8
  • Tricep pull downs 3x20-30
  • Bent over DB rows 3x10-12

then:

  • 100 front to back shoulder press *light
  • 100 shoulder side raises *light
  • 100 sling shot rows (50 each arm)
