6-12-19 conditioning & auxiliaries

I finally realized we are in June and not the month of May and put the correct date in the entry 😆

  • plate presses 4x15-20
  • banded triceps pull downs 3x20
  • Landmine rotations 3x8-10 each side HERE
  • Bent over rear delt fly 3x10-12 each side 

Then 3 rounds of: 

  • 20 banded donkey kicks (left)
  • 20 banded donkey kicks (right)
  • 10 weighted Sit ups

then 3 rounds of: 

  • 4 sled trips 
  • burpees or ball slams *while partner completes sled
