Then

Workout A

4 rounds of:

  • 200 ft reverse sled drag
  • 12 Kettlebell swings 
  • 10 kneeling wood chops (each side HERE 
  • 12 reverse hyper or back ext 

Workout B

4 rounds of: 

  • 1 min row
  • 12 burpees
  • 12 box jumps 
  • 100 jump rope
