7-10-19 conditioning

  • Bicep curls 4x15
  • DB bench press 4x15
  • single arm banded reverse fly 4x15

then 3 rounds of: 

  • 6 Barbell front squat to press
  • 6 burpees 
  • 1 min object medley carry 

end with 5 mins of stretching
