Warm up

  • yoga warm up
  • 30 banded abductors
  • 30 sit ups
  • 30 banded hamstring curls

Main work

  • Work up to a 3 rep max Goodmorning- use SSB or camber bar if you have one.
  • Sumo Deadlift 5x5%60%
    focus on speed and form- add bands or chains if it feels light

Auxiliary work

3 rounds of:

  • 20 reverse hyper- light
  • 12 back extension- hold moderate weight
  • 50 reps of your favorite ab

then,

  • 200 banded goodmornings
  • 6x150 meter sled drag -moderate weight with little rest
    IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SLED sub with the following:
    6 rounds of:
    30 banded abductors
    80 banded walks
