  • Deficit Deadlifts 8x2x70%
  • Stone to box 4x3
  • banded hamstring curls 4x30

then 5 rounds of:

  • 10 plate ground to overhead
  • 10 plate ground to overhead burpee
  • 10 plate overhead walking lunges
