9-4-20 Conditioning 0nly (upper body focus)

GGB is now providing 3 days of conditioning only workouts. These are perfect if you have limited equipment and/or time. Each one is designed to be able to use bodyweight and db's or scaled up with use of a barbell.

Main work
5 rounds of:
set your tabata timer for 1min work & 30 secs on the "rest" period of:

  • 1 min walk out planks
  • 30 secs bicep curl to shoulder press
  • 1 min burpees
  • 30 secs banded rear delt flys
  • 1 min butt kicker

then, 5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:

  • boat hold
  • weighted V crunch
  • standing oblique crunch - right
  • standing oblique crunch - left
