Garage Gym Barbell 1-16-18 upper

1) Max Effort Pin Press or Max Effort with chains

2) 2 rounds of:

  • "max effort reps" tricep extensions *light weight
  • "max effort reps" seal rows

3) 5 rounds of:

  • 5 clean & press
  • 10 plank rows
  • 15 shoulder side raises

4) 100 woodchops (50 each side)
