Garage Gym Barbell 12-21 Dynmaic Effort Lower Body

1) Squat (no box) 8x3x70%

2) Deadlifts 5x2x80%

3)Then 5 rounds tabata 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest:

  • kettlebell swings
  • jumping lunges
  • plate ground to overhead

4) Then finish with:

  • 3x10 Reverse Hyper *moderate weight
  • 3x12-15 woodchops or ab of choice
