Garage Gym Barbell 2-13-18 Upper body

1) Bench 6x6 wide grip *add 5lbs to last weeks weight

2) 4 rounds of:

  • 1min rows
  • 1min bicep curl
  • 1min push press

3) 5 rounds of 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest:

  • weight sit ups
  • leg lowers
  • burpees *scale to walk out inch worms if needed
