1) Box Squat 75% 5x5

2) Sumo Deadlifts 80% 4x5, Then work up to a heavy rep

3) Then: 

30 wall ball clean & press

30 kettle bell swings

30 box jumps

20 wall ball clean & press

20 kettle bell swings

20 box jumps

10 wall ball clean & press

10 kettle bell swings

10 box jumps
