Garage Gym Barbell 2-19-18 Lower Body Max Effort

1) Max Effort Box Squat *Narrow Stance

  • Max effort= work up to a heavy rep
  • If your new to lifting, keep weight light and work on form

2) 3x8-10 Lunging Goodmornings (each side)

3) Then 4 rounds of:

1min: 20 Curtsy lunges (10 each side)

1min: 20 leg deadlifts

1min: 20 wall balls

1min: 20 fireflys

*1 min to complete 20 reps of movement.... example, if done with 20 reps in 45secs use the remaining 15 secs for rest
