Garage Gym Barbell 2-2-18 Max Effort Lower Body

1) Max Effort Floor Press to 1 or 2 boards

2) 2x "max effort reps" incline dumbbell bench press

3) 6 rounds of:

  • 8 Power cleans
  • 8 toes to bar/ knee raises
  • 8 single arm push press ( each side)

4) 100 Rear Delt Flys
