2) then 4 rounds of:

  • 10-15 Landmine Rows
  • 10-15 Landmine Rows *increase weight
  • 10-15 Landmine Rows *Reduce weight
  • 10-15 Bicep curls
  • 10-15 Bicep curls *increase weight
  • 10-15 Bicep curls *reduce weight

3) then 6 rounds of 20sec work/ 10 sec rest:

  • hanging leg raises
  • russian twist
  • ball slams
